Transition Aged Youth (TAY) Programs

Transition Aged Youth (TAY) programs offer counseling, screening, brief interventions, and mentoring for youth aged 16-25, including some younger teens. These programs also provide targeted support for immigrant and LGBTQ+ youth in schools and teen clinics.
