The Marin County Suicide Prevention Collaborative and Community Action Teams

The Marin County Suicide Prevention Collaborative launched in August 2020 following the release of the board approved Marin County Suicide Prevention Strategic Plan. The Collaborative is comprised of public and private agencies and individuals, including community members, behavioral specialists, senior advocates, health care leaders, crisis interventionists, educators and many more. The Collaborative pursues a comprehensive public health framework addressing prevention, intervention and postvention at the individual, community and institutional levels.

Please register here for the next Collaborative meeting is scheduled for Wednesday May 7 from 2:00-3:30 pm in partnership with Marin County Office of Education (MCOE) located at: 1111 Las Gallinas Ave, San Rafael. The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss strategy 6: fostering safe school campuses.
