Outreach & Engagement

The Community Outreach and Engagement program focuses on informing the public about Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS) programs and services, gathers community input and feedback, and provides activities, events, and trainings that reach diverse populations represented throughout the county. Our outreach efforts have a special emphasis on un/underserved populations and/or populations disproportionately impacted by inequities, including older adults, those experiencing lack of shelter, Lesbian, Gay, BiSexual, Transgender and Queer/Questioning (LGBTQ+) communities, Latinx individuals, monolingual Asian populations, and community members living in Marin City. The Community Outreach and Engagement program is overseen by the Outreach and Engagement Coordinator.

Cuerpo Corazón Comunidad

The Cuerpo Corazón Comunidad program is hosted by Multicultural Center of Marin and airs live every Wednesday at 11am PST on radio stations KBBF 89.1 FM, KWMR 90.5, 89.9, 92.3 FM, online, and watched live via the Facebook page of Cuerpo Corazón Comunidad.
