May Mental Health Month 2025
Marin County Behavioral Health & Recovery Services (BHRS) is spreading awareness for better mental health and well-being in our County. Together, we can create an inclusive and just community that is free of mental health stigma and discrimination. One way we can do that is by sharing stories, creating conversations, and finding connections, both to resources and treatment. You do not have to walk your mental health journey alone!
One of our goals at BHRS is to support your mental health and those you care about, not just this month but throughout the year!
There are over 15 different FREE events hosted by BHRS and community-based partners around Marin County, including: Marin County Suicide Prevention Collaborative, Marin 9 to 25 and Youth Leadership Institute, North Marin Community Services, Marin County Cooperation Team (Vision Project), Felton Institute, Multicultural Center of Marin, Love is the Answer, and Dr. Can Nguyen in partnership with the Marin Asian Advocacy Project. Note: some events are offered by community organizations that are not sponsored by BHRS but are included in the listing below.
